Adds Workers + static-assets configs for the app (app.diagrav.com) and a separate marketing/landing site (diagrav.com), plus the deployment runbook used to stand up Supabase Cloud, Google OAuth, Resend SMTP, and Cloudflare DNS/custom domains.
